Sugar does not cause cancer but sugar feeds cancer cells,which multiply more rapidly when it is available,so it can be said that it is an aid to the growth of cancer cells and other types of tumor.My advise:Stay off or limit drastically your intake of this legal white subtance especially refined sugar and be viligilant,"Sugar is very omnipresent".
